Apart from its regular M. Tech. Programmes, School of Engineering & Technology of itm University is also offering Part-Time M. Tech. Programmes in following specialization:

 

 

 

To be eligible for admission in Part Time M. Tech. programmes of School of Engineering and Technology of itm University for academic session 2010-11, a candidate must be an Indian National and must fulfil the following minimum eligibility criteria.

 

 

Minimum Eligibility: He/she should have passed B.E. /B. Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics and Communication Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering or MCA or M.Sc. (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics) with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent.

 

 

Minimum Eligibility: He/she should have passed B.E. /B. Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics and Communication Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering or MCA or M. Sc. (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics), with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent .

 

Minimum Eligibility: He/she should have passed B.E., B. Tech. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Production/ Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical and Automation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Control and Instrumentation Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electro- Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science and Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering with 55% aggregate marks or M.Sc. in Physics, Applied Physics, Engineering Physics, Nuclear Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Applied Electronics, Computer with minimum 55% aggregate marks.

 

 

Minimum Eligibility: He/ She Should have passed B.E, B. Tech or equivalent degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automobile, Production/ Manufacturing, Mechanical and Automation, Chemical, Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Instrumentation, Instrumentation, Instrumentation and Control, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electro-Chemical Engineering with minimum 55% aggregate marks OR M.Sc and equivalent degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Electronics, Applied Electronics, Applied Mathematics, Computer with minimum 55% aggregate marks.

Part time Candidates must write “Application for Part Time Programme” on the Top of the application form.

The minimum number of admissions for running of any Part time M. Tech. Programme is 10.*

Classes will be conducted in weekends only.

The normal duration of part time M. Tech. programme is three year.

Other rules & regulations regarding part time M. Tech. Programmes will be as per “COURSE CREDIT REGULATIONS AND GRADING SYSTEM – U.G. AND P.G. PROGRAMMES IN ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT”.

Fee for part time M. Tech. Programme will be Rs. 1.25 Lakh per annum. 

Since the application cum processing fee is not refundable under any circumstances whatsoever, before submitting an application for admission, the applicant must ensure that he/ she fulfils the minimum eligibility condition applicable to the category(s) under which admission is being sought by him/ her. He/she must only apply after he/ she has fully read and understood the Admission Policy and Selection Procedure including the refund / cancellation policy of the University for Academic session 2010-2011.
